The North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) announced today the winners of the 31st annual poster contest – a creative competition that drew more than 750 entries from 58 Michigan schools. Open to Michigan sophomore, junior, and senior students, the contest is designed to give young artists the chance to be part of one of the largest auto shows in the world while earning a cash prize.
P-CEP senior, Elizabeth Lu, was awarded the $1,000 grand prize of the Chairman’s Award.
The 31st annual North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) Poster Contest was open to Michigan students in grades 10 through 12. High school students were invited to submit 18” x 24” posters and have a chance to become involved in the world premier auto show in Detroit, while gaining experience in creative competition.
The poster entries were judged by an independent panel of recognized members of the local art community. All winning entries are posted on their website and will be on display during the public show at Cobo Center, Detroit, January 12-27, 2019; and will also be included in the official NAIAS program.
