Due to increased enrollment, as of June 13, 2019, there are no longer any open seats available for new students at Pioneer Middle School. Pioneer administration reports that, between new developments and resident students returning to P-CCS, the current enrollment for Pioneer for the 2019-20 school year has reached capacity. As of June 13, 2019, we will begin using the district’s overflow process to register any new resident enrollees for Pioneer MS to either Discovery MS or Liberty MS.

Families who live in the Pioneer MS boundary north of Cherry Hill Rd. will attend Discovery MS for 2019-20; those who live on Cherry Hill Rd. or south of Cherry Hill Rd. will attend Liberty MS for 2019-20.

The plan to overflow students for next year is a short-term solution as we continue to address redistricting through the Boundary Study, which is currently underway. Any official change to boundaries would be implemented no sooner than the 2020-21 school year.

Registration for any new family impacted by this overflow situation will be able to register at the E.J. McClendon Center (454 S. Harvey St., Plymouth). Please contact P-CCS Pupil Account Coordinator Chris Mazur at https://christine-mazur.youcanbook.me/ to set up an appointment to register. During this time families will find out additional information and opportunities to learn about their new school, including personalized small-group tours of each building.

Please contact Kurt Tyszkiewicz, Executive Director of Student Services, at 734.416.4929, if you have any questions or need clarification.

We are committed to providing all students with a safe and exceptional educational environment.
