Subject: P-CCS Back to School Registration Update: ACTION REQUIRED!
INFORMATION ABOUT PREPARING FOR THE 2019-20 SCHOOL YEAR
P-CCS has finalized its process for annual online Back to School Registration (B2SR) Update. The Back to School registration process, which is now required all for returning families to easily update medical, demographic, and emergency contact information in MISTAR Parent Portal, will be available starting today, Thursday, August 8, 2019.
Once logged into MISTAR Parent Portal, look for the “Back to School Registration” link in the upper-right corner of the home screen and follow the prompts.
Please note, if you have forgotten your password or PIN, click the Reset Your Password link in the login box to the left and after entering your email address associated with your student's account, a reset link will be emailed to that email address. Clicking on the reset link will take you to a page with the PIN number listed as well as two text boxes into which you should enter the new password you would like to use with your account.
B2SR will not be available until August 8, and the process needs to be completed by all families by August 20, 2019.
This online B2SR Update process will allow you to complete the annual forms and/or items online for the 2019-20 school year.
Here are some examples of the items you will review in the B2SR Update:
- Emergency Contacts - Do they need to be updated?
- Completed Student Medical Information
- Handbook Awareness Form
- Chromebook information and User Agreement form
- School Pictures Order Forms and online payment
- Yearbook orders and online payment
- Food Service Information
- School Supply List for your child's elementary school
- P-CEP Parking Permit Application and online payment
- P-CEP Homecoming Information
MANDATORY INFORMATION ABOUT PREPARING FOR P-CEP SCHEDULE PICKUP 2019:
IMPORTANT: Students will only be able to receive their high school schedule at Schedule Pickup once the B2SR Update has been completed.
P-CEP students will need to bring either their Student ID Card from last year or be able to login to MISTAR Student Connection to access their electronic Student ID Card.
The Student ID will be scanned to verify that the B2SR Update has been completed.
