REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (“RFP”)
INVITATION TO BID ON Can Liners/Product Papers for Plymouth Canton Community Schools
Sealed bids for can liners/paper products will be received until Monday, 1:00pm. EST., November 19, 2018, when they will be publicly opened and tabulated for presentation to the Board of Education at their next scheduled meeting. No proposals shall be considered after the time of closing of bids. No oral, telephone, telegraph or fax proposals shall be considered.
The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive informalities herein; or, for reasons of establishing uniformity, to award the bid to other than the lowest bidder.
All bids shall be firm for ninety (90) days from the date of opening of bids. All bids to be considered must meet or exceed all specifications attached.
All purchases shall be exempt from all taxes, including State and Federal taxes. Exemption certificates will be furnished upon request.
All bids must be submitted on the form enclosed and signed in ink by the bidder. The bidder shall submit all bids in a sealed envelope marked: “SEALED BID- Can Liners/Paper Products”. One (1) copy of the bid form should be addressed to the attention of:
