All postings require that a completed application and all of the required documents be on file.
- Complete the Secure Online Application
- Upload any supporting documents, example: resume, letters of reference, etc.
Note: Scanning of some documents may be required to upload.The application is divided into seven sections. For support staff applicants, it is required that you complete the Personal Information, Work Experience and Education sections of the application. If you have supporting documents to attach, you can upload them in the File Upload section.
If you do not complete your entire application at once, you will need to return to the website to continue the process. You will need your user name and password to access and edit your application.
It is important for your application to be up to date at all times. Be sure that we have your correct mailing address, email address, telephone numbers and teaching certificate information. A name change, additional degree, and new employer, etc. are equally important.
When establishing an online application, you will be asked to create a user name and password. Please record this information, as you will need it to access your account in the future.
To Apply for a Posted Position
There are TWO steps to applying for any posted position:
STEP 1 - Complete the Secure Online Application
Click on NEW ACCOUNT to begin the application
STEP 2 - Apply for the position
On the Main Page of your online account/application find the 'Available Jobs' section and click the APPLY button on the left-hand side of the page next to the position you wish to apply for.
Once completed, the job will be listed on the Main Page of your application under 'Jobs You Have Applied For'.Please Note: there is not a "submit" button to click on when you have completed your application. When you apply to a posted position, your application and supporting documents are submitted to that particular job posting.
