The purpose of this club is to celebrate the unique individuals that go to Discovery, and to provide an environment where anyone and everyone can feel welcome! As a group, we will focus on learning about and celebrating the diverse student population at Discovery. We also support other initiatives that focus on eliminating bullying and creating a safe, secure, and positive environment for all students.

We have 2 robotics teams here at Discovery. They meet at Canton High School. This year’s theme is “Rover Ruckus”.

Strategic Games Club
Dulcissima is an auditioned choir for experienced singers. These musicians perform at all school choir concerts and at community events throughout the year. 2017-18 will have limited extra auditions in the first week of school, contact the choir director as soon as possible for audition information please contact email@example.com.
Guys In Ties
Guys in Ties is a non-auditioned singing group that meets a few times a month during homeroom and sings at 2-4 choir concerts throughout the year. This is a great way to learn to sing, even if you’re not in choir! Open to all guys whether they are in choir or not. For more information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Student Council is a chance for students from every homeroom to show leadership by making our school and community a better place. Student Council meeting will take place twice per month on Mondays during homeroom.

Dtv (Discovery TV)
Dtv is a student run news program that airs each morning during homeroom. Reporters share what's happening at Discovery and upcoming events. The news team includes two reporters and a camera person with a new rotation approximately every five weeks. Dtv news is a wonderful way to meet new friends and is open to sixth through eighth graders. Applications and auditions are required. Watch Dtv news for the date new applications will be accepted.
