P-CCS Students and Families: We hope this message finds you well and that it has been a safe and healthy weekend for you and your loved ones. We wanted to provide you with some communication updates and learning resources that are important to stay in touch with during the school closure period.

The below resources have been posted to various locations on the official P-CCS website, and are also being regularly promoted via our official social media outlets. However, bookmarking and/or saving these links, as well as keeping this email handy, could provide an even more convenient way to stay tuned to these important resources.

  • P-CCS Information on COVID-19 Page, which contains all related posts, releases, and transcripts that have been sent to the community, as well as some other helpful information.

All of the above pages / sites will be updated regularly throughout the closure period.

We also recommend taking the following actions to ensure that you are receiving timely and informative messages (as both email and phone notifications) from the district, as well as your specific school / program:

  • Sign up for eNotifications through the official district website for automatic news updates to be emailed directly to you as soon as they are published on the district website.

    • FIRST TIME USERS: The process is quick and easy, just enter your name and email address and select the schools and/or programs you want to receive eNotifications about.

    • RETURNING USERS: There is also a link where you can change your current preferences for eNotifications in case you would like to make updates to what you receive.

    • NOTE: We strongly recommend joining the ‘All District News’ eNotification group during the closure period.

  • Regularly visit the official P-CCS website. If you are having any issues finding what you are looking for, use the search engine located near the top right of every page within the site.

Please take care of yourselves and each other, and have a safe and healthy rest of the weekend!
