Club Connection

Plymouth-Canton Community Schools (P-CCS) will be offering the Club Connection program at West and Discovery Middle Schools for the 2024-2025 school year. Students from Liberty, East, and Pioneer will be transported to the program via district buses. This after-school program provides a safe, engaging environment for middle school students, fostering social connections, creativity, and growth.

Club Connection Overview

Club Connection is an after-school program designed for middle school students. It offers a relaxed, safe, and social environment with various group and individual activities, including computers, homework support, special events, and more. A snack will be provided each afternoon.

Operating Hours

The program runs from school dismissal until 6 p.m.
Program Schedule:
- Club Connection follows the P-CCS school calendar.
- The program is closed for all holidays and snow emergency days.
- Care will not be available during Winter Break and Spring Break.
- Club Connection is available on district half-days.

Program Locations

West and Discovery Middle Schools
- Students from Liberty, East, and Pioneer will be shuttled to these locations via district buses.
- If a program is not available in a specific building, students will be transported to a designated location.

Registration

2025-2026 Re-enrollment for Current Families (Kids' Time & Club Connection):

Dates: April 14–18, 2025
Process: Re-enroll using your current Eleyo account.

2025-2026 New Family Registration:

Start Date: May 6, 2025, at 9 a.m.
P-CCS Extended Day Registration: Click here to add your child to the waitlist.
- Schools: Bird, Dodson, Farrand, Gallimore, Isbister, Miller, Workman, Discovery, and West.

Payment Information

Registration Fees (Non-refundable):
- $75 for the first child, $67.50 for additional children. Fees must be paid during on-line registration process.
Rates:
- Minimum Enrollment: 2 days per week
- Program Fee: $13.50 per afternoon
  - Students can use any weekday they need, as scheduling is flexible.
Discount: 10% off for families with multiple children enrolled.
Payment Methods:
- Auto-payment (no fees) required.
- Pay via electronic check or credit card through emailed invoices.
