- Registration Fees (Non-refundable):
- $100 for the first child, $90.00 for additional children. Fees must be paid during on-line registration process.
- Rates:
- AM Care: $12.50 a day (Consistent/Fixed schedule), $13.50 a day (Pick a Day/Flexible schedule)
- PM Care: $14.50 (Consistent/Fixed schedule), $15.50 (Pick a Day/Flexible schedule)
- Both AM & PM Care: $24/day (all five days)
- Discount: 10% off for families with multiple children enrolled.
- Payment Methods:
- Auto-payment required. Effective with the Fall 2026 registrations, e-check and credit card convenience fees will be passed on to families for Extended Day, including Summer Camp, when they pay on Eleyo. All families will have an additional convenience fee of 3.69% each week.
- Pay via electronic check or credit card through emailed invoices.
Failure to Report Afternoon Absence Policy (New for 2026-2027 School Year) Kids’ Time only
Attendance/Notification of Absence: Parents are required to notify the Kids’ Time site when their child is absent. Children who have not attended school during the day, i.e. illness, suspension, etc. may not attend Extended Day programs. IF a student will not be at afternoon Kids’ Time you must contact the Kids’ Time site.
Credit is not given for days missed. If the Kids’ Time site is not notified and this becomes a consistent occurrence, families may lose their spot in the program. Tracking down students at the end of the day takes time away from the supervision of students. We are responsible for making sure students are safe at the end of the school day and where they should be.
Failure to bring an absence to the attention of a Kids’ Time staff member by email, phone message, or Remind message will cause the following:
*1st occurrence - Verbal warning and reminder of policy.
*2nd occurrence - a $25 no call fee will be added to your Eleyo account.
Each time after the 2nd occurrence the Kids’ Time staff is not notified of your students' absence, a $25 fee will be accessed. Withdrawal from the program may be requested for subsequent occurrences.
If it becomes necessary to change your student's schedule, log into your Eleyo account to request the change, if space is available your request will be approved. One schedule change will be permitted prior to July 17th, 2026 without a fee. Subsequent changes will be charged a $25 change fee.
