Kids' Time

Plymouth-Canton Community Schools (P-CCS) is committed to providing high-quality before and after-school care for families within our district. For the 2024-2025 school year, we are excited to continue our partnership with Champions to expand care options while maintaining our district-operated Extended Day Program. Our programs are designed to offer a safe, enriching, and nurturing environment for your child.

Care is available at the following schools:

Champions: Bentley, Eriksson, Field, Hoben, Hulsing, Smith, and Tonda Elementary Schools.
P-CCS Extended Day Program: Bird, Dodson, Farrand, Gallimore, Isbister, Miller, Workman Elementary Schools, and middle school care at Discovery and West.

2025-2026 Re-enrollment for Current Families of Kids' Time, Club Connection and Champions:

Re-enrollment for Current Families of Kids' Time and Club Connection will register for the 2025-2026 school year, using your current Eleyo account, beginning the week of April 14, 2025 through April 18, 2025.

Kids' Time Overview

Kids' Time is a before- and after-school child care program that offers consistency and enrichment in a relaxed, fun environment. Activities include group projects, outdoor play, homework support, cooking, games, and more.

Hours of Operation:

Morning: 7:00 a.m. until school starts
Afternoon: School dismissal until 6:00 p.m.
Note: Programs are closed on the first and last days of school.

Program Philosophy
We believe children have a right to a safe, supportive environment that fosters their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development. Our program offers nurturing care, enrichment opportunities, and a neighborhood-like atmosphere where children can grow and explore.

Process: Re-enroll using your current Eleyo account.

Champions Re-enrollment

Champions families will receive an email with registration details directly from Champions.

2025-2026 New Family Registration

Start Date: May 6, 2025, at 9 a.m.

Payment Information

Registration Fees (Non-refundable):
- $75 for the first child, $67.50 for additional children. Fees must be paid during on-line registration process.
Rates:
- AM Care: $11 a day (Consistent/Fixed schedule), $12 a day (Pick a Day/Flexible schedule)
- PM Care: $13 (Consistent/Fixed schedule), $14 (Pick a Day/Flexible schedule)
- Both AM & PM Care: $22/day (all five days)
Discount: 10% off for families with multiple children enrolled.
Payment Methods:
- Auto-payment (no fees) required.
- Pay via electronic check or credit card through emailed invoices.

If it becomes necessary to change your student's schedule, log into your Eleyo account to request the change, if space is available your request will be approved. One schedule change will be permitted prior to July 15th, 2024 without a fee. Subsequent changes will be charged a $25 change fee.
