February 22 marked an extraordinary achievement for the Plymouth-Canton Community School District in Michigan Chess. East Middle School and P-CEP proudly represented the district at the State School Championship held at Oakland University, making history. Under the expert guidance of National Chess Champions Druheen Das and Dron Das, our talented players excelled through weeks of hard work. East Middle School claimed the State Chess Championship title for the fourth time, while P-CEP secured a remarkable second place. The entire chess community is immensely proud of the outstanding accomplishments.
