Superintendent's End-of-Year Message to P-CCS Families
Dear P-CCS Parents, Families, and Students,
As the 2025-2026 school year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on all that we have accomplished together as a school community.
This year has been filled with growth, achievement, and countless moments that reminded us what makes Plymouth-Canton Community Schools such a special place. From academic success and artistic accomplishments to athletic milestones and acts of kindness and leadership, our students continue to make us proud each and every day.
None of this would be possible without the dedication and support of our outstanding teachers, staff, administrators, and families. Across every building and department, our team has worked tirelessly to create meaningful learning experiences and supportive environments where students can learn, prepare, and thrive. I continue to be inspired by the passion, resilience, and commitment that define our P-CCS community.
We also made important progress this year in strengthening and enhancing our schools and facilities, helping ensure that all students have access to safe, modern, and innovative learning spaces that prepare them for future success. Together, we remain focused on providing opportunities that empower every student to reach their full potential.
As we celebrate the end of another successful year, I want to sincerely thank our students, families, educators, and staff for the partnership and support you provide every day. Each of you plays an important role in making P-CCS a place where excellence, opportunity, and belonging continue to flourish.
To the Class of 2026, congratulations on reaching this important milestone. We are incredibly proud of all you have achieved and excited to see the paths you will create moving forward.
To all of our students and families, thank you for being such an important part of the P-CCS family. I hope your summer is filled with rest, joy, and time spent with those you love. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in the fall for another exciting year of learning and growth.
Yours in Learning,
Dr. Monica L. Merritt
