Steps to Enroll

Students from P-CEP:

  1. P-CEP counselor fills out transfer form online
  2. Student fills out Registration Form Online
  3. Students bring in standardized test results taken after start of 8th grade, current transcripts, & classes in progress
  4. Attend an Orientation
  5. Attend a group registration session with a counselor and schedule classes

Students Outside of District:

  1. Student fills out Registration Form Online
  2. Student brings in birth certificate, transcript, classes in progress, standardized test scores (after 8th grade), immunization record and current IEP if he/she has one
  3. Attend an Orientation
  4. Attend a group registration session with a counselor and schedule classes  

Late Enrollment

Students enrolling at or after October and February Count days will be enrolled part-time in online only courses for the remainder of the semester. This will give students the best chance to earn credit when starting mid semester as well as protect the integrity of current courses.

Exceptions will only be made for students who move into the PCCS district after these dates and promptly enroll.  Discipline records will be checked to insure our school culture is maintained by making sure that students are not moving to avoid a disciplinary situation.

Wednesday, September 2nd - 6 p.m.

Group Tours - Opportunity for students, parents/guardians to get a feel for Starkweather and ask any initial questions. This is given by Melissa Martin(counselor).



Transfer Process Reminder


Students from P-CEP:

1. P-CEP counselor fills out transfer form online-

2. Student fills out registration form online – found on Starkweather website under courses/registration -

3. Student attends an orientation - student plus parent(s)/guardian(s)

4. Student attends a group registration session with a counselor and schedules classes- student required, parent(s)/guardian(s) encouraged to attend

5. All out of district students of any age and new to district students over 18 are required to sign a disciplinary agreement that they will be exited should they be found guilty of any serious violation of student code of conduct, including but not limited to, bullying, harassment, threats, fighting or refusal to comply with reasonable staff direction.
6. All out of district students of any age and new to district students over 18 are subject to disciplinary review before registration will be approved.
