Welcome to P-CCS Middle Schools! 

Plymouth-Canton Community Schools (P-CCS) middle schools offer an engaging and supportive environment where students in grades 6-8 can explore their interests, develop essential skills, and prepare for high school and beyond. Anthony Ruela leads the district's middle school and PK-12 student support programs with a focus on fostering environments where students can excel academically, socially, and emotionally. Passionate about student success, Mr. Ruela oversees a variety of initiatives, ensuring that all students have access to exceptional educational opportunities and robust support systems.

Mr. Ruela’s responsibilities include the supervision and support of middle school principals, assistant principals, and deans of student support, as well as the oversight of classroom instruction, student academic supports, extracurricular activities, athletics, and clubs. He also manages critical programs such as the P-CCS Talented and Gifted Program, the K-12 School Counseling Program, and the PK-12 Multi-Tier System of Support. Additionally, Mr. Ruela works closely with families and staff to address student needs, and parent concerns, ensuring a collaborative approach to education.

Exceptional Academics:

Our middle schools offer a challenging curriculum aligned with state standards, designed to meet the needs of diverse learners and prepare them for high school and beyond. Students can explore advanced coursework and participate in the Talented and Gifted Program.
