Middle School Athletics

P-CCS offers a dynamic middle school athletics program that encourages students to develop their skills, build teamwork, and stay active in a competitive yet supportive environment. With a variety of sports available across all seasons, students have the opportunity to represent their school, challenge themselves, and foster school spirit. Whether they are trying a sport for the first time or honing their abilities, P-CCS middle school athletics provide a well-rounded experience that emphasizes sportsmanship, dedication, and personal growth.

Sept 3 - Oct 14 Cross Country 6th, 7th, & 8th Grade Boys and Girls
- CC is a no-cut sport
Oct 15 - Dec 4 Girls’ Volleyball* 7th & 8th Grade
Dec. 8 - Jan. 29 Boys’ Basketball* 7th & 8th Grade
Jan. 26 - Mar. 12 Girls’ Basketball* 7th & 8th Grade
Mar. 9 - Apr. 21 Swimming* 7th & 8th Grade Boys and Girls
- Swimming is a no-cut sport
Mar. 9 - Apr. 23 Wrestling* 6th, 7th & 8th Grade Boys and Girls
- Wrestling is a no-cut sport
Apr. 23 - June 3 Track** 7th & 8th Grade Boys and Girls
- Track is a no-cut sport
*Gate admission will be collected for these sports.

Participation
Athletic Physicals are required to be turned in before a student may try out/practice. These must be dated April 15, 2025 or later. A physical form can be found in the school’s main office or by clicking this link: ATHLETIC PHYSICAL FORM (PDF)

Athletics Cost:
- 7th & 8th Grade Students: $200 for the first sport, all other seasons are free.
- 6th Grade Students: $125 for first sport, second sport free.

It is preferable that payments are made online; click on the following link: PAY TO PARTICIPATE. Select your middle school pay to participate page and follow log-in instructions.

A check may be written to “P-CCS Middle School Athletics” and turned into the coach.

Payments need to be submitted by the first contest.

If you apply and qualify for free or reduced lunch, there is no cost to participate.
